Early connection tests with the newer client
Controlled local tests reached sign-in, channel selection and the lobby screen with the newer client. This is an early compatibility milestone.
- The current client remains the supported player version. The newer client has not been opened for general use.
- Player details, inventory, room lists, social features and matches still need further work and testing.
- The current game client and its live game service were preserved during these tests.
