Before you write
- Where do I get the answer?
- Replies appear on this page under My tickets. Keep the ticket open and check back; you also keep the Discord as a fast community channel.
- What makes a good bug report?
- The map and mode, what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot or short clip linked on Discord helps a lot.
- How do I report a player?
- Choose Complaint, add the exact player name, the room and the time. False reports crowd the queue, so write only what you saw.
