Every veteran was once a fresh Recruit staring at a channel list, wondering what to do first. The good news: your first week in WolfTeam Legacy — the classic shooter played on Wolfory — practically plans itself. This roadmap turns your first seven days into a simple, day-by-day plan that builds your aim, your map knowledge, your Gold income and your circle of teammates at the same time. Every step follows the way the game and the site actually work, and each day points to a deeper guide on this blog when you are ready for more.
Before day one: install, log in and claim your welcome pack
Install the game through the Windows launcher on the Wolfory website and create your account — one account works on the launcher, the website and the game. Two things are already yours the moment you log in. First, your starting balance of 5,000 Gold. Second, a one-time welcome Gift Box waiting in your in-game mailbox from the sender LEGACY, titled "Welcome to Wolfory!" — it carries the C-95 SL rifle for 7 days plus a 10,000 Gold bonus that lands on your balance the moment you claim it. That is 15,000 Gold of runway with no level requirement and no redeem code. Claim it on day one: the box is delivered only once per account, it stays claimable for 90 days, and the rifle's 7-day timer starts when you claim it, not when it was delivered.
Day 1: learn to move, aim and reload in an AI Deathmatch room
Resist the urge to queue against real players immediately. Create or join an AI Deathmatch room — Arrival is the classic training ground — and have the host fill empty slots with EASY bots. Spend today on pure control: move with WASD, aim with the mouse, reload with R and try your wolf side when the transformation meter is ready. If your aim feels off, lower or raise mouse sensitivity in small steps with the [ and ] keys — on a Turkish keyboard layout, those are the Ğ and Ü keys. Remember one honest fact: bot matches pay no Gold, GP or WC. Today you are not farming currency; you are farming muscle memory.
Day 2: build a 15-minute warm-up routine and learn one map properly
Turn yesterday's practice into a routine. The bot match training guide on this blog shows a full fifteen-minute session; a simple version is a few minutes of aim drills, a few minutes of wolf movement, then a slow walk of one map. Pick Arrival or Taksim and learn it properly: where the two teams spawn, which lanes meet in the middle, where the wall-run routes and the close corners are. Depth beats breadth — knowing one map better than your opponents is worth more than half-knowing five, and the map guide on this blog covers the classic maps in detail.
Day 3: play your first rewarded matches
Today the real economy opens. Join Deathmatch and team rooms with real players and finish what you start: matches that count require fair starting headcounts, joining from the beginning and a legitimate finish. The reward system is automatic — the first rewarded matches of each day pay at the highest tier, a weekly milestone resets every Monday, and your progression dashboard tracks both with nothing to claim manually. Type /progress in chat to see your current goals, and /matchstatus to follow the running match. Do not leave matches early; an abandoned match pays nothing and teaches your teammates nothing.
Day 4: spend your first Gold like a veteran
With your welcome pack, daily payouts and match income, you now hold real Gold — spend it deliberately. The shop guide on this blog goes deep; the short version: buy permanent versions of the weapons you actually use, treat the 1, 7 and 30-day timed items as cheap trials before you commit, and remember that WC (Wolf Coin) items lean cosmetic and are earned by playing, never sold. A disciplined first purchase — one permanent primary weapon for your main loadout — beats a shopping cart full of timed gadgets.
Day 5: branch out — new modes and the Frozen arena
Comfort-zone check. Type /modes in chat to see the mode families, and try at least one mode beyond plain Deathmatch. If you spot the Frozen City arena in the map list, take a real match there: it is the newest battleground, and there are no bots on it — bot warm-ups stay on Arrival. Objective modes reward positioning and teamwork over raw aim, which is exactly the skill your day 3 matches started building.
Day 6: find your pack — Prides, rankings and the community
A week in, you are no longer a tourist. Prides are the clans of WolfTeam Legacy: named groups that play and climb the rankings together, and the directory on the Wolfory site is searchable by name, so you can vet a Pride before asking to join. Browse the rankings to see where the ladder points sit, check the community pages for the player directory and the events calendar, and skim the updates journal so you know what changed this week. One friendly teammate teaches you more than ten solo evenings.
Day 7: review, secure and set next week's goals
Close the week like a coach. Open the progression page on the website: your balances, the last seven days of rewarded matches and your receipts are all there. Then secure the account that now owns all of it — pick a strong, unique password and never share it, because no staff member will ever ask for it; the account security guide on this blog explains the rest. Finally, set next week's goals: a rank target, a new map to learn, or a Pride to join.
The rhythm that keeps paying
From week two on, the winning routine is short: a fifteen-minute bot warm-up that pays nothing, a handful of real matches that pay the daily tier, and a glance at /progress so the daily and weekly bonuses never go unclaimed. Power on Wolfory is earned, never sold — and after this first week, you have earned the right to feel at home in the lobby. See you in the field.
